FAQ

How do I purchase tickets?

Purchase your tickets online (using your Visa, MasterCard or Amex) by clicking here. Tickets can also be purchased on site at the box office outside the show entrance. All ticket sales are final.

Where does the National Home Show take place?

The National Home Show is conveniently taking place at the Enercare Centre, Exhibition Place

Am I able to return another day to purchase something I saw at the show?

Please visit our on-site show office for a readmission ticket.

Can I use my ticket to enter the show on multiple days?

How much does parking cost at the facility?

Parking lots at Exhibition Place are cashless. Debit/credit only please.

Parking:
Weekdays
All lots: $18
FREE: Monday to Friday AFTER 4pm

Weekends
Underground: $24
Surface lots: $21

Is food available at the venue?

Yes, There are food vendors who sell a variety of food items and refreshments. Food vendors at Exhibition Place are cashless. Debit/credit only please.

Are there ATM’s on site?

Yes, ATM’s can be found throughout the venue.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the facility is fully wheelchair accessible.

Are wheelchairs available to borrow?

Yes, there is a limited quantity available on a first-come-first-served basis at the Show Office. We will require a valid driver’s licence in exchange for a wheelchair.

How can I find a particular exhibitor at the show?

The show website has an online Vendor Directory. A map and listing is also available onsite.

Is reserved seating available to see the celebrities at the show?

There is no reserved seating. Seating for presentations is included in the price of your admission ticket and is available on a first-come basis.

How long should I plan to stay at the show?

Generally, the show will take between 3 to 6 hours to see, depending on your itinerary at the show.

Can I bring my pet animal to the show?

With the exception of service animals, pets are not permitted.

What are the Covid-19 rules for this event?

Following Ontario’s Public Health Orders, the Health & Safety policies for attendees, exhibitors, staff and suppliers include:

  • Proof of vaccination is not required as of March 1, 2022, and vaccination status will not be checked at this event.
  • As of March 21, masks are no longer required.
