The Big One Closed Following Announcement of COVID - 19 Measures. What about the tickets I purchased?
1) Am I eligible for a refund for the tickets I purchased?
If you purchased tickets to the Home Show, The Big One they will be refunded on the credit card you originally provided for payment.
2) How do I get a refund?
All tickets purchased via credit card will be refunded on the credit card originally provided for payment. There is no further action for you to take.
3) How long will it take before I get a refund?
Due to the volume of tickets sold, refund times could take between 1 to 6 weeks.
How do I purchase tickets?
Purchase your tickets online (using your Visa, MasterCard or Amex) by clicking here. Tickets can also be purchased on site at the box office outside the show entrance. All ticket sales are final.

Are discounts available?
Yes, when you purchase tickets online you will receive $3.00 off the regular ticket price until March 13, 2020.
Am I able to return another day to purchase something I saw at the show?
Check with the exhibitor to see if they can offer you an exhibitor guest ticket.
Can I use my ticket to enter the show on multiple days?
No, tickets are for one day admission only.
How much does parking cost at the facility?
All lots: $16
FREE: Monday to Friday AFTER 4pm
Surface lots: $19
Weekends Only Valet Parking: $35 available one hour before and after the show
Is food available at the venue?
Yes, There are food vendors who sell a variety of food items and refreshments.
Are there ATM’s on site?
Yes, ATM’s can be found throughout the venue.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the facility is fully wheelchair accessible.
Are wheelchairs available to borrow?
Yes, there is a limited quantity available on a first-come-first-served basis at the Show Office. We will require a valid driver’s licence in exchange for a wheelchair.
How can I find a particular exhibitor at the show?
The show website has an Vendor Directory. A map and listing is also available onsite.
Is reserved seating available to see the celebrities at the show?
There is no reserved seating. Seating for presentations is included in the price of your admission ticket and is available on a first-come basis.
How long should I plan to stay at the show?
Generally, the show will take between 3 to 6 hours to see, depending on your itinerary at the show.
Can I bring my pet animal to the show?
With the exception of service animals, pets are not permitted.
