Master Gardeners of Ontario is a volunteer organization of certified horticultural experts dedicated to providing in-depth, sustainable gardening information to the public. Established in 1985, Master Gardeners of Ontario Inc. (MGOI) is an independent, volunteer-run non-profit committed to offering accurate and relevant horticultural knowledge.
Etobicoke Master Gardeners (EMG)
Etobicoke Master Gardeners (EMG) EMG includes about 30 active Master Gardeners (MG) and Master Gardeners in Training (MGIT) who are passionate about helping the community learn and thrive in gardening.
They provide advice clinics at community events, talks on gardening techniques, native plants and sustainable gardening, support for community groups and initiatives, and host an EMG annual plant sale.

Mississauga Master Gardeners (MMG)
Formed in 1994, MMG is a small but dedicated group of volunteers who meet on the second Thursday of each month, hosting an educational speaker followed by group business. Their members share a love of gardening and a commitment to promoting sustainable gardening practices.
They regularly speak at community events including libraries, horticultural societies, and gardening clubs. A key part of their involvement includes advice tables at Home Shows, clinics, and workshops.
