Our top priority is the health and safety of our visitors, exhibitors, sponsors and staff. Therefore, we are implementing the following measures to ensure you have a safe experience at the show:

1. Proof of Vaccination Required.

Following the Province of Ontario’s announcement that it will implement a mandatory vaccination policy for indoor public events effective September 22, The National Home Show will require all attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, staff, talent, and service providers to provide proof of vaccination to enter the facility (two doses plus 14 days). (Children under 12 years of age and those with a verified medical exemption will be exempted from these requirements.)

2. COVID-19 Mandatory Health Screening & Contact Tracing

All attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, staff, talent, and service providers will be asked to complete a COVID-19 screening questionnaire before entering the premises, and provide contact information for contact tracing (this will occur each day they are on the premises).

3. Mask or Face Covering Required

It is mandatory that everyone ages 2+ wear a mask or face covering inside The Enercare Centre at all times.

4. Timed-Entry Tickets

We are implementing timed-entry tickets in order to space out crowds and provide a safe and enjoyable experience while adhering to the current government guidelines as they relate to building capacities.

5. Enhanced Cleaning Procedures

We are increasing our cleaning schedule and will be disinfecting high-touch and high-traffic areas multiple times a day.

We are committed to following all official government and local authority guidelines, as well as venue-specific regulations. Due to the evolving nature of the circumstances surrounding COVID-19, we’ll continue to be responsive to the latest COVID-19 guidelines and will keep everyone updated on the latest developments surrounding the event.
