Dedicated to helping older adults age in place as they consider renovations for retirement, and other home and lifestyle improvements.

Art At Home Pavillion

New for 2026, artists are able to purchase a single section of gallery space, including coverage by an attendant for 10 show days.

The Wellness Courtyard

New for 2026, a thoughtfully designed space featuring hot saunas, cold plunges, lighting design, biophilic decor (plants!), plus workshops for wellness-related topics happening right in the middle.

Backyard Homes

If you’re a builder, architect, planner, designer or expert in laneway homes, gardens suites and accessory dwelling units, we have a space for an entire model suite, or a single 10×10 booth to showcase your work.

Decor Finds

This is the space for pillows, textiles, art, candles, soaps and lotions, decor for indoors and out, papercraft and stationary, plants and floral, pottery, ceramics and wooden accessories.
