How do I purchase tickets?
Purchase your tickets online (using your Visa, MasterCard or Amex) by clicking here. Tickets can also be purchased on site at the box office outside the show entrance. All ticket sales are final.

Are discounts available?
Yes, when you purchase tickets online you will receive $3.00 off the regular ticket price until Feb. 13, 2020 .
Am I able to return another day to purchase something I saw at the show?
Tickets are valid for one day only. Please speak with the Box Office about purchasing a re-admit pass.
Can I use my ticket to enter the show on multiple days?
No, tickets are for one day admission only.
How much does parking cost at the facility?
The cost of parking at the International Centre is FREE!
There is valet parking Saturday and Sunday that costs $8
Is food available at the venue?
Yes, There are food vendors who sell a variety of food items and refreshments.
Are there ATM’s on site?
Yes, ATM’s can be found throughout the venue.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the facility is fully wheelchair accessible.
Are wheelchairs available to borrow?
Yes, there is a limited quantity available on a first-come-first-served basis at the Show Office. We will require a valid driver’s licence in exchange for a wheelchair.
Is there childcare at the show?
There is only a FREE daycare on Mon. Feb. 17th in Hall 1, Room 104 from 10am – 6pm
How can I find a particular exhibitor at the show?
The show website has a Vendor Directory. A map and listing is also available onsite.
What can I expect to see at the show?
The show will have around 300 exhibitors relating to your home. Check out the Show Features page for more exciting details about guest experts, industry professionals and highlights you don’t want to miss.
Is reserved seating available to see the celebrities at the show?
There is no reserved seating. Seating for presentations is included in the price of your admission ticket and is available on a first-come basis.
How long should I plan to stay at the show?
Generally, the show will take between 2 to 4 hours to see, depending on your itinerary at the show.
Can I bring my pet animal to the show?
With the exception of service animals, pets are not permitted.
