In this hands-on workshop, Sophia from The Graze Anatomy will supply her hand-picked premium cheeses and charcuterie, and you’ll leave with a ready-to-serve charcuterie platter. Sophia will show you how. Learn tips and tricks for insta-worthy charcuterie boards that stand out! It starts with her customized shopping list, styling secrets, and a fruit cutting trick that will wow everyone at your table.

In this workshop, participants will create this step-by-step Diamond-patterned Macrame Wall Hanging. Participants will learn how to make a lark’s head knot to attach the rope and then learn how to make square knots to create the pattern. When the piece is complete, participants will unravel and trim the fringe to their liking and then attach a piece of jute so it’s ready to hang. Level: Beginner, no experience required.

In this workshop, participants will create this step-by-step Macrame Book Mark with tassel. Participants will learn how to make a lark’s head knot to attach the cord and then learn how to make square knots to create the pattern. They will also learn how to make a gathering knot to finish off the piece as well as add a tassel detail. Level: Beginner, no experience required.

Make and take home your own hand-carved 10” cheese board. In this hands-on workshop, you will receive a pre-cut slab and then use two types of sanders to smooth out the edges. Then you’ll oil finish the piece so it’s ready to use at home. It’s a great little project to impress your friends and family.

In this hour-long seedling session, you will learn about the process needed to start your own seeds so you can grow a full tomato bush from a humble seed, or a full head of kale all with just a peat moss plug and a can-do attitude (oh, that one needs the seeds too!). As a bonus, we’ll be providing all the tools necessary to get started right in the workshop. You will take home a seedling tray that is ready for springtime growing!

Make and take home your own Block Bot. Designed by 12-year-old Kash, you will get all the materials you need to make your own Block Bot. Not just fun, it’s also a fundraiser. Kash donates half of the workshop fee to animal rescues in need, and he invests the other half to his goal of starting his own animal rescue.

Join us for a cupcake piping workshop where you get to make and take home your own sweet treat. You’ll learn a simple way to whip up your own buttercream icing, along with some beginner piping techniques. Your instructor Jacquie incorporates beer into her baking, and she will provide all the tools to use during this hands-on workshop so that you can practice some elegant cupcake piping designs. Then take home some of your treats, in a kraft takeaway cupcake box, a buttercream recipe card, and what you have learned to continue the creativity at home.

Celebrate Springtime with sweet and cheery Spring-inspired cupcakes! In this workshop, you’ll learn how to pipe buttercream and work with fondant to create beautiful and deliciously seasonal cupcakes. You’ll take home a package of four colourful Spring-inspired cupcakes decorated four different ways.
