St. Pat’s Influenced Cocktails

If you were at the National Home Show presented by RE/MAX on Tuesday you might have seen Scott from Drink Inc. on stage mixing up a few cocktails. Here is a on of the recipes to a St. Pat’s influenced cocktail that Scott made!
It’s called Irish Dubh Linn, meaning “black pool”:
-2 parts Mill Street Cobblestone Stout, pour over highball glass filled with ice
– in a separate container, mix 2 parts heavy milk (3.5% cream) with 1 part baileys
*Baileys may curdle if added directly to the stout
– pour this mixture over stout & enjoy!!!
Today (Friday) at the Show Scott will be making and sampling his creation called “White Ice”
– 2 parts clear cream soda
– 2 parts soda water
– 1oz vodka
– 2 oz Colio ice wine
Just build over ice & enjoy!
