You only get one chance to make a first impression and your front yard does just that. We also now know that over 50% of decisions to buy a home are made in the car parked out front.

Usable spaces like decks and patios are so important in markets that have elevated prices. Buyers can’t afford all of the indoor square footage with the raised prices, so they are having to settle for smaller homes. Having outdoor living spaces give a 2-3 season option that buyers are jumping on to meet their families needs.
