Bonneville Homes proudly debuts the Natur-T
Bonneville Homes will be debuting the Natur-T, the latest model in Bonneville’s Natur series, exclusively at the 2015 GTA Home and Reno Show.
Natur-T has been designed to provide optimal comfort and relaxation in a Scandinavian-style décor replete with warm wood accents. Massive windows and a rooftop patio ensure an instant, direct connection with the natural world.
The 1,800-square-foot layout features a living room, dining room/kitchen, two bedrooms, two spacious bathrooms and a laundry room that can easily be converted into a third bedroom or home office. Natur-T’s wide-open concept is family-friendly and perfect for entertaining. The living areas boast light antique beech floors and slatted wood ceilings.
In the living room, the new-generation cast-iron fireplace is an attractive centrepiece and great for curling up beside on a cold winter’s night. The kitchen has a stainless steel sink and drainer, with thermoplastic cabinets. The stainless steel staircase leads to a large 790-square-foot rooftop patio. Both bathrooms are equipped with a glass-walled shower and a modern vanity, and a freestanding tub is incorporated into the master bathroom.
The large open-plan spaces of Natur-T foster family reconciliation, exchanges and conviviality. Dans les espaces de vie, le sol est revêtu de hêtre antique de couleur claire et les plafonds de bois en platelage. In the living areas, the ground is covered with antique light colored beech wood ceilings and decking. The generous use of wood and the striking, light-flooded design make this home a peaceful oasis from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Quality reinvented, from a family who cares!
Bonneville Homes brings fourth generation family run business to the front lines. An enduring family tradition started by Paul-Émile Bonneville in 1961 with the launch of Bonneville Homes. “My father wanted to make home ownership a possibility for everyone – not just the wealthy classes,” says André Bonneville. Since 1977, manufacturing and design techniques advanced dramatically and the company’s expansion really took off, with the Bonneville family closely involved in all of the facets of the operations. In 1988 Paul-Émile passed away leaving to his children a strong and stable company. After 1995, with the third generation of the Bonneville family at the reins, the company shifted focus and introduced an innovative new construction process known as the Bonneville R-3000 building system.

The Bonneville R-3000 building system boasts state-of-the-art assembly techniques.
On the assembly line, all of the manufacturing steps are fine-tuned.
Today the fourth generation consists of Dany Bonneville at the helm as President, ensuring the fourth-generation family-run company remains at the vanguard of the industry by adopting effective new technologies while staying faithful to the core values of Bonneville Homes.
Bonneville Home’s mission is to create, build and deliver unique housing concepts that defy trends with cutting-edge construction techniques.
