Some consider it to be an invasive species as it reproduces quickly and can reach heights of between 4 inches to 47 inches. It’s rich in Vitamin A, C and B2 and has minerals such as calcium, copper and magnesium. If you like sipping on mojito cocktails, you know what we’re talking about-we’re talking about…mint.
Mint is a very versatile herbaceous plant. It is used in the food industry, its essential oils are are used in toiletries, the leaves are used in aromatherapy and the cosmetics industry.
